Our new 4 Disc High Performance Racing Clutch, specifically designed for high horsepower or modified motocross KTM 50cc engines.

Our new design boasts 33% greater surface area. We incorporate our proprietary carbon fibre frictions along with our billet aircraft alloy steel components for greater life.

USE ANY SEMI SYNTHETIC ATF.
HEAVY GEAR OIL OR PURE SYNTHETIC ATF WILL CAUSE THE CLUTCH TO RUN HOT FROM OVERSLIPPING
 
*AFTERMARKET CLUTCH COVER REQUIRED ON 2009-2023 MODELS FOR CLEARANCE TO WIDER 4 DISK CLUTCH.

Race Proven design for over a decade!

  • The 4 disk clutch has a billet drive hub made taller (no spacer)
  • The basket is wider to accommodate the extra floater and friction disk.
  • The bolt is 30mm long with a button head design to clear the 2024 cover.
  • Removal of the brake lever is necessary to install the 4 disc.
  • 350 to 375 ml of oil is advised.

The 4 disc is a good choice for fully modified engines

Racing causes extreme wear and tear on the clutch therefore it is important to inspect clutch for wear after each racing event.  Check all parts for cracks or excessive wear and replace if necessary

There is a replacement clutch cover available designed by Intuitive Racing and it will also offer extra oil capacity over standard.

Important Notes:

1. This clutch should only be fitted by a competent mechanic as the setup requires the use of a tacho to set the stall speed.

2. Due to the nature of performance applications, this clutch and all wearing parts are sold without any express warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Maintenance Tips:
 
*Racing causes extreme wear and tear on the clutch therefore it is important to inspect clutch for wear after each racing event.
*Check all parts for cracks or excessive wear and replace if necessary.
*Check floaters for warp. Replace if warped or worn more than .005” / .13MM replace. Color brown or blue OK
*Check friction disc for wear. Replace when worn below .088” / 2.23MM thick ( Very important)
 
**Excessive heat may also warp clutch components or damage engine.**
 
NB. We recommend Two2Cool Auto Clutch Oil with this Triple Grip Race Clutch, imported from the USA especially for the auto race clutch.
